From the moment I spoke with The Sterling Monument Company I was in good hands and the final product was absolutely gorgeous. Not only were they complete professionals, they also understood how painful the process of choosing a headstone was for the guy on the other end of the line who’d lost his daughter (me). They were patient, they cared, and they always showed tremendous kindness. When it was time to set the monument, Mr. Nathan Jones arrived early, did an incredible job, and clearly had set many MANY headstones. Nathan was also incredibly respectful and fully aware of how meaningful setting that headstone was to me and my wife that day. Wonderful people who do a wonderful job.

My family and I had the distinct privilege to meet Mandi and she assisted us on the process of ordering a headstone. She ensure any question we had was answered and provided world class customer service. The whole process from start to finish was an awesome experience. Recommend 💯 and thank you for helping families.

What a great experience my sister and I had buying our headstones! Mandi was a joy to work with and I'll recommend Sterling to everyone I know that's in the market for a headstone.

Everything about our experience with Sterling Monument in Eastland was amazing. Skyler helped us in design exactly like we wanted for our family. We were also able to select a smaller one for my Dad. Steven, who has the most pleasant radio/phone voice was very proficient as we worked out issues at the Cemetery. It was a pleasure to talk to him each time we talked. The delivery was on time as expected, with great service also. They installed the family one, and I picked up my Daddy's. Everyone I have talked to on the phone or in person, is very cordial and caring. We highly recommend Sterling Monument of Eastland. The photos are the proofs. I cannot find actual photos. But they are beautiful on the Mohagany Granite!
